Competitive compensation and career growth What You’ll Do 1. Lead and execute on‑prem to cloud / cloud‑to‑cloud migrations 2. Implement migration patterns: Rehost, Replatform, Refactor 3. Enforce engineering excellence – code quality, branching, reviews, CI/CD & testing 4. Design and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity 5. Rebuild and optimize ERP reporting and workflows in cloud environments 6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions What We’re Looking For 1. 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering 2. 3–5+ years working with public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) 3. Proven experience delivering at least one major migration initiative 4. Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines 5. Expertise in data migration fundamentals:
