ERP System Manager

As we work towards establishing our presence globally we are looking to hire a leader to build the ERP team and processes further.

Experience - 4+ Years

Responsibilities

• Lead the stabilization of our newly implemented ERP system, identifying and resolving issues
• Partner with business teams to understand pain points and translate them into system improvements
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management practices
• Optimize core business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Reconcile
• Manage master data governance and ensure data integrity across the system
• Configure and enhance Material Management and Manufacturing modules to support operational growth
• Establish metrics to measure system performance and business value
• Develop a roadmap for continuous improvement and future system enhancements

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 complete end-to-end ERP implementation cycles in a hands-on capacity
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of business processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, and manufacturing operations
• Experience with change management and driving system adoption
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a process-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering)
