Executive

 

• 3+ years of experience in Scheduling / Resource Management / WFM
• Sound Resource/Workforce Management knowledge
• Good understanding of key metrics within WFM/Resource Management
• Ability to analyze / investigate variances between forecast/plan and actuals
• Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. 
• Knowledge of VBA Macro & MS Visio would be an added advantage
• Experience/knowledge in Power BI is preferable but not mandatory
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• The candidate is expected to have knowledge of IT / WFM / Resource Management tools & applications ((IEX, Blue Pumpkin, ASPECT / EWFM, Retain etc.)

The candidate will need to perform:

• Daily follow-up with BU POC/Managers for schedule inputs – engagement hours, PTOs, holidays, trainings etc.
• Review & update schedules on tool within agreed timeline
• Track resource utilization & availability/bench and communicate to stakeholders
• Prepare & analyze RM related reports on daily / weekly / monthly basis
• Attend weekly/monthly connects/meetings with internal & external stakeholders
• Handling various dashboard forecast, projects pipeline, adhoc reports/requests etc

The candidate will also be responsible for:

• Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround times and ad-hoc requests
• Prepare ad-hoc request/reports from the delivery team
• Process Documentation & Change Management – Adhere to process documents and ensure updates based on changes 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university - BBM/BCA/BCom/BA/BSc/BE
• A Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCom
