Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as operations, communications, and finance), manage complex schedules and travel arrangements, and ensure the seamless coordination of key initiatives.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing the executive’s time and priorities, but also act as a trusted liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
Anticipating needs and proactively identifying priorities, conflicts, and required preparations
Preparing agendas, talking points, and briefing documents for meetings and events
Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and leadership events
Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
Drafting and reviewing communication, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive
Facilitating smooth cross-functional collaboration across departments
Tracking progress of strategic initiatives and providing status reports
Maintaining efficient filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (regional or global exposure preferred)
Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments
Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Professional discretion and trustworthiness
Empathy and emotional intelligence
Proactive and self-driven approach
High adaptability and resilience

Work with new security standards for rail signalling

Contribute to innovative projects
Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment
Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
