Executive - AV Services
- Strong knowledge and administration experience in Audio/Video Conference infrastructure platforms.
- In-depth understanding of hardware platforms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Webex audio and video conferencing solutions.
- Experience in Microsoft Teams Room and Webex setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in AV device integrations, including Crestron, Lightware, DSPs, and Clear One equipment.
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and manage critical and high-priority tickets related to video conferencing issues.
- Handle setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for large-scale town halls in hybrid mode.
- Oversee training room AV setup, ensuring seamless audio/video performance.
- Develop and maintain standardized configurations for video endpoints and prepare knowledge base documentation.
- Create and maintain operations documentation, including server and endpoint configurations.
- Conduct daily system health checks and proactively identify potential issues.
- Assist with AV/VC services during executive meetings, town halls, and multiparty conferencing events.
- Work closely with third-party AV engineers for daily infrastructure checks and ongoing AV operations.
- Recommend and implement necessary upgrades for MTR devices and other AV endpoints when new firmware or updates are available.
- Maintain AV devices and endpoint licenses, AMC of assets and work on yearly renewal.
- Min. 3- 4 years’ experience in IT industry with mostly focusing on implementation of Video Conference infrastructure.
- Candidates with MTR, Extron, Lightware, Yealink, Crestron certifications are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and personality with high customer service orientation
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and choosing the right options for setting up the conferences
