Executive-KDNI Consultant - U.K Inbound Immigration
Global Immigration Engagement Management services are vital for our global growth plans and will ensure the success of our Immigration practice. The Global Engagement Management team is a network of professionals across the world who support our KPMG firms in their objectives of providing consistently exceptional services to our clients.
Global Immigration Engagement Management Consultant will support global immigration client engagement with a wide range of activities:
- Work on Initiations, Mailbox Management, Reports to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Review on client mailbox management and take forward emails/tasks.
- Work on weekly and monthly client reports for data accuracy and completeness
- Follow up with clients in a timely manner to ensure adherence to agreed SLA
- Performing data cleansing exercises in Immigration tools
- Adherence to standard process, SLA/KPI reports
- Accurately capture data in internal trackers
- Take forward client requests and connect with assistant manager in your team in order to retrieve the information required and take necessary actions
- Ensure up-to-date records of applicants' status and information in the immigration tracking system
- Recognize and raise potential matters of risk for the client or the firm to Assistant Manager or Manager for review and resolution in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of process documents.
- Work ad-hoc projects as required.
- Proactively bring up improvement opportunities to streamline/ improve process
- Elevate and uphold the quality of immigration services delivered by KDN
- A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively and directionally as required

Ensure High Quality of Process Delivery:
- Demonstrate the awareness of KPMG's risk management policies and procedures and support engagement administration

Risk Management:
- Ability to recognize and raise potential matters of risk for the client and/or the firm to Line Manager for review and resolution in a timely manner.
- Good awareness of firm's policies and ability to raise concerns to a more senior member of the team for resolution.
Billing and Client Engagement Management:
- Ensure all time bookings are accurate and timely and achieve chargeable hours target.
Technology:
- Working on data cleansing exercise in immigration tools (if relevant as part of client transition)
- Work on expiry report and share with the AM when report is final and complete
- Work on WIP report and share with the AM when report is final and error free
Candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in immigration, Inbound case management or relevant experience with a recognized immigration service provider.
- Undergraduate University degree preferred
- Good knowledge of UK immigration processes
- Good knowledge on drafting petitions for UK with Dependents.
- Drafting COS for assignee and determining the SOC code.
- Making payment Online once application is lodged
- Good knowledge on IHS payment calculation for employee and dependents.
- Working experience within an Immigration setting.
- Strong attention to detail
