Executive - Lifecycle Management Business Promotion (LMBP)

Location:

• Bangalore (preferred); other metro regions may be considered based on candidate suitability and region focus.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electrical or equivalent. Additional certifications in Reliability, Power Quality, or Digital Systems are desirable

Profile Summary:

• Support Plant Stewardship expansion through customer engagement and NCB portfolio promotion. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the promotion of Non-Conventional Business (NCB) services such as PRM, IM Hub, PQMS, & ISAE.

• Conduct customer profiling, site assessments, & coordinate workshops for Plant Stewardship engagement.

• Track PoC progress, gather VoC, and assist in converting leads into multi-year service proposals.

• Work closely with regional service and project teams to align offering with installed base dynamics.

• Maintain updated customer database, contribute to proposals, and support CX/EX tracking. Desired Skills & Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in industrial services, instrumentation, or energy/digital projects. Experience in Reliability Engineering or Asset Health Monitoring will be highly valued.

• Knowledge of tools such as ISAE and PRM will be an added advantage, but not mandatory. However, understanding of field instrument functionality and maintenance practices is highly desirable.

• Certifications in instrumentation, reliability, or digital lifecycle tools (e.g., ISA, Industry 4.0, CMMS) will be preferred.
