We're hiring Expert – Data Scientist

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate problems into actionable ML solutions and present insights clearly.
• Mentor and guide data scientists while ensuring code quality, robust model deployment, and best practices.
• Build and industrialize AI/ML models using Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Partner with engineers to deploy solutions on cloud platforms like Azure ML Studio or AWS SageMaker.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in ML/AI with 7+ years of experience solving complex business problems.
• Strong hands-on experience in NLP, Generative AI, supervised/unsupervised/deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (Azure/AWS) and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
