Required Skills Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in one or more verticals—Retail/CPG/Logistics, Financial Services, Healthcare/Insurance. Product Management: Experience in feature definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning. AI Tooling: Hands-on use of AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for prototyping and discovery. Design Exposure: Familiarity with product design principles and visual prototyping tools. Mindset: Outcome-driven, experimental, and comfortable working in fast-evolving AI environments. Nice to Have Experience in blended Product Manager–Designer roles. Exposure to agentic software development workflows. Define product features and workflows using structured prompts for AI agents. Prototype solutions using AI tools and validate outputs with stakeholders. Translate business needs into incremental tasks for agentic execution. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate AI-generated features. Facilitate workshops to refine requirements and improve product fit.
