Job Title: Microsoft ADF / Fabric Lead Architect – Associate Director

Experience: 14+ Years

• 14+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with a focus on ADF & Fabric.
• Programming expertise on python, SQL, Spark
• Hands-on experience in developing solutions using PowerBI, ADF & Microsoft Fabric.

 

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platform and related services.
• Good knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, SCD approaches etc.
• Experience of leading client projects, teams/pods, estimating work etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Certification in relevant Data Engineering technology is plus.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on data science and AI initiatives.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for applying data engineering and analytics solutions
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data engineering, integrating new methodologies into project work.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and business acumen.
