Role : Field Recruiter Location : Bangalore Total number of roles : 2 KRAs 1. Manpower Fulfillment across all hubs as per hiring plan 2. Rider On-Boarding and Training Completion on Day 1 3. 1st month retention of new riders Responsibilities 1. Source and keep refreshing active riders leads through online ads, field work, social media media groups, etc. 2. Implement field activities such as ad campaigns, referrals, etc. to maintain high visibility of Licious 3. Call interested leads and ensure their 100% turn-up for on-boarding. 4. Complete on-boarding formalities and ensure training completion. 5. Engage with riders, collaborate with Hub teams and build trust to achieve results.
