As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with business leads to drive financial performance, understanding and mitigating business risks, managing investments, and providing guidance to your team. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze financial data, and ensure that the team is aligned with the overall business objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in service delivery.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and trends.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
