1) Inventory Accounts, Purchase accounting and bill passing, Sales and customers accounting section, General ledger accounting section. 2) Working with the company secretary for preparation of all the agenda, minutes of meeting, ensuring filing of various returns with MCA and any other secretarial compliance as required under law. 3) Ensuring the correctness in maintaining Salary, EPF, ESI, TDS, Professional tax and any other statutory requirement and filing of the returns as per law and addressing the subsequent queries raised by any of the tax and statutory authorities. 4) Preparation monthly accounting statements to the clients Financial institutions as per the required format in compliance to any agreement with the clients and customers. 5) Preparation of all the information for GST and filing of monthly returns like R-1, 3B, 2A reconciliation, annual return 9 within the due time , reconciling the differences if any and liasioning with auditors to get audited and meeting all the departmental compliances. 6) Preparation of monthly stock Statements, Reconciling the book balance and physical balance, monitoring the timely internal audit for stock and accounting transactions and compliance required. 7) Liasioning with the statutory auditor for completion of audit of accounts and meeting all the audit queries and get the audited annual accounts and filing of IT return as per company and IT rules. 8) Liasioning with the banks, financial institutions, following the state govt and central govt authorities for availing any subsidies as per different Govt schemes. 9) Liasioning with RATING agencies and complying all the queries to obtain the annual rating suitable to the financial institutions and bankers. 10) Preparation of projected financials provisional financials to meet the requirement of bankers and other institutions from time to time. 11) Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Finance director as and when required.
