Summary:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance and strategic analysis while identifying and correcting financial or operational concerns. Your typical day will involve providing insightful financial analysis that aids in decision-making related to the profitability and overall financial health of the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that financial strategies align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability in financial reporting and analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
