Floor Manager

The candidate's roles and responsibilities of this job: -Manage and maintain Warehouse upkeep - Responsible for retention and hiring of ground work force -Manage and arrange for extra manpower - Responsible to track inventory and reduce shrinkage - Liaison between dispatch, sourcing and customer support team - Ensure Quality related complaints to reduce below 0.1% - Ensure end to end execution of subscription deliveries -Plan and implement the overall store strategy -Train store employees on corporate policies and procedures -Responsible for work allotment and develp effective mechanism to monitor high productivity of team members -Management of the cold room and other storage -Manage business supplies and the Inventory of the goods for florist and helper team
