Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Senior Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting Corporate Functions in their planning, forecasting, and financial analysis needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. The FP&A Analyst will coordinate with global teams, and drive automation in monthly forecasting and annual planning tasks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Partner across the finance organization with a focus on driving actions that improve the business unit performance
• Assist with the annual and 5 year business plans including operating, capital and financial components
• Coordinate the development and reporting of the business unit financial forecast
• Evaluate assumptions, assess risks and understand variances vs. prior and vs. plan
• Assist with the development of Power BI dashboards and standard reports for business analytics
• Work with FP&A Director on the tracking process and KPI’s for business unit
• Partner with the business unit to support, educate, and track company return metrics.
• Provide analytical support to the business unit for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
• Provide assistance on external and internal presentations for business unit as needed
• Benchmark company’s financial and operating results against industry performance

Your Profile:

• Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills to convey business data requirements and train business users on reporting tools
• Independent, inquisitive and a self-starter
• Demonstrated capacity to handle diverse number of projects simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Design mindset to prepare management reports and dashboards in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Power Query, and advanced Excel is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Very good knowledge of Hyperion/ Smartview
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field required
• Minimum of 5 years in financial role, data science, or accounting role
• Successful candidate will have a combination of finance and data training
