Manager - Financial Reporting (FP&A)

Job Requirements

 

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, developing detailed budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify the key drivers of business performance and provide insights into areas for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that reflect the company's financial performance against established financial targets.
  • Manage the month-end financial close process (Accruals and Reconciliations) to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide financial leadership by collaborating with functional leaders across the business to drive financial results, identify and mitigate risks, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all financial activities are following accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and support to various business units.
  • Develop and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across the organization.

 

Mandatory Skills

 

  • 7+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel)

 

Preferred Skills

 

  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA) is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and drive work to completion
