Welcome & Upkeep of Reception Area

Greeting guests and patients as they arrive and checking them in for appointments.
Keeping a clean and organised reception area and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and supplies are readily available

Patient Co-ordination

Responding to inquiries with a positive attitude at any given time and through all channels: Calls, Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, Social Media Platforms etc.
Scheduling and confirming appointments as per different Doctors availability.
Getting filled Patient Intake Form by patients & updating in the system
Maintaining accurate patient records: including medical histories, treatment plans, generating tasks.
Handling billing and payment collection including providing & explaining estimates to patients.
Assisting the Clinic practitioner with administrative tasks as needed such as: following-up with patients to ensure their recovery, to schedule appointments, reminder for payments through various channels
To communicate effectively with internal staff including the dentist, dental assistants, and hygienists, to ensure that appointments run smoothly and patients receive the care they need.

Dental Lab Co-ordination

Coordinating with different Dental Labs for jobs sending, and receiving along with record updating in the system.

Vendor Co-ordination & Material Management

Vendor coordination for rate, order placement and receiving of materials/ supplies and further inventory management of these supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Must have 1.5 to 2 years of experience Front Desk or similar capacity.
Command over English, Hindi, Kannada Language.
Basic knowledge of computer operations, using Mobile Apps, Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
