Key Responsibilities: -

·       Develop new user-facing features

·       Build reusable code and libraries for future use

·       Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

·       Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

·       Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

 

Skills Required: -

·       Proficient in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

·       Proficient in client-side scripting like JavaScript and ReactJS

·       Proficient in server side scripting like ExpressJS & Redux

·       Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

·       Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

·       Work with cross-functional teams to ensure if any tech glitch issues resolved. Also work with Product Management and Engineering for the release of the fixes.

 

Ideal Experience: -

·       3 to 6 years of industry experience.

·       Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT

·       Drive discussions to create/improve product, process and technology

·       Provide end to end solution and design details

·       Mentoring the Junior dev’s exposure is a plus

·       Lead development of formalized solution methodologies.

·       Passion to work in startup like environment
