Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in problem-solving and continuous improvement will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the services provided to clients are of the highest quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with cloud technologies and services. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
