Fullstack AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Full‑Stack Engineer with AI/ML expertise to build enterprise-grade applications powered by Modern AI Frameworks and modern web technologies. In this role, you will design and deliver LLM-based features, scalable APIs, and intuitive UIs, while ensuring security, performance, and compliance.

You’ll work in an enterprise environment, collaborating with Product, Business, Architects, UI/UX, and Support teams, and take end-to-end ownership of major features or products.

• Develop AI-driven features using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG workflows.
• Full-stack development: Build backends (Python/Node.js), APIs (REST/GraphQL), and front‑ends (React/Next.js).
• Integrate AI services using Google ADK (Or similar modern AI frameworks) into scalable enterprise-grade applications.
• Optimize latency, cost, and reliability for AI features.
• Implement security guardrails and prompt injection protections.
• Take end-to-end ownership of major features or products—from design to deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Architects, UI/UX Designers, and Support teams.
• Understand enterprise nuances: compliance, scalability, maintainability, and integration with existing systems.

Must have:

• 6+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years building AI/ML-powered applications.
• Strong in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with React/Next.js and modern UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLM application patterns: RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade applications with attention to security, scalability, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver major features or products end-to-end.

 

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Vector Databases
• Familiarity with LangChain/LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and model fine-tuning basics.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and data pipelines.
