Your tasks and responsibilities

• Collaborate You'll work with the team to drive the end-to-end implementation of Central Finance solutions, enhancing efficiency and innovation.

• Design and implement:

• Drive initial data loads and ongoing replication for accuracy and performance.

• Develop and enhance reporting solutions for better data visibility and quality monitoring.

• Continuously assess and improve Central Finance processes and SLT configurations to enhance performance, scalability, and business value.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within the Central Finance/SLT landscape, ensuring system stability.

Desired skills and qualifications

• SAP Central Finance Execution: Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of SAP implementation experience, demonstrating the successful completion of one or more end-to-end Central Finance (CFIN) projects and mixed scenarios with stronger role play.

• Data Migration: Hands-on experience with executing and managing the Initial Load process in SAP Central Finance, from source systems to the Central Finance system. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the dependencies, sequencing, error handling, and performance considerations during the initial load. 

• SAP CFIN Extensibility features: Proven experience in utilizing extensibility features within Central Finance, with a strong understanding of how custom extensions affect data replication through SLT or AIF. The ability to define custom logic without impacting core financial processes is essential.

• SLT & AIF Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT), Application Interface Framework (AIF), and relevant customizing activities is required. 

• SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance Certification is preferred.

• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills: you are passionate about creatively solving problems and building new solutions

• Communication skills: you are able to communicate effectively in English and elaborate ideas with both business and technical stakeholders. Some proficiency in French / German would be a plus. Excellent analytical, time management, interpersonal skills and a good team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Motivated to work in an environment that promotes autonomy, proactiveness and lifelong learning.

• Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements

• Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.

• Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.

• Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.
