Functional Consultant Cashin - Fusion
Role profile: An experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional consultant who has proven track record of delivering change across a global finance function within the order to cash (Cash-IN) modules such as Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Advance collections, Order management and RMCS.
Role Summary:
The Functional Consultant – Cash IN will lead the design, build and testing of the Cash in workstream. Working with business SMEs, Technology colleagues and our partners to deliver a standard set of processes, integrations and system configuration that’s fully tested.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Gather requirements: Collect, document, and verify business requirements for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Leading the design, build and testing for solutions across Cash In modules
Design solutions: Design processes and solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules
Test solutions: Test solutions with users and create test plans, scripts, and scenarios
Provide training: Provide user training and support for Oracle Fusion
Support: Provide end-to-end support for Oracle Fusion
Lead migrations: Support data migration activities for Oracle Fusion
Capable of handling Solution Design / Functional Fit - Gap / Training / Testing sessions.
Creating key project documents including Business require documents BRD, functional specification document FSD, Test Scripts, User stories, Manuals and Training Guides.
Maintaining key stakeholder relationships between business SMEs, Technology colleagues and partners to ensure design requirements are understood and that functional specifications are converted accurately into detail technology specifications.
Works closely with the Workstream Lead to agree priorities, manage key design, build and test deliverables and ensure delivery of a fully tested solution.
Owns project status reporting and provides key progress updates to Workstream Change Lead and PMO
Identifies design, build and test related issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions as they arise; prepares mitigation actions to address these in a timely manner and implement as appropriate
