Your role

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Architect and manage scalable AI & Gen AI workflows in any cloud platform.
• Design and optimize multi-agent AI systems, with a focus on autonomous workflows, decision orchestration, and reasoning.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define AI use cases and deliver business value.
• Ensure robustness, performance, and governance in all AI & data-driven systems.
• Mentor and manage a team of AI engineers and data specialists to foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Your profile

• 4 to 10 years of experience in Python, Data Engineering, and AI/ML and Gen AI systems.
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, LangChain.
• Proven experience working with any cloud platform.
• Strong background in LLM-based application development, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage project timelines, and deliver scalable AI and Gen AI solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, ML Ops, and cloud-native deployments.
