This role ensures seamless integration, governance, security compliance, and user enablement for AI-powered productivity tools.Job Description

The responsibilities of the role:

1. Platform Administration & Configuration
   • Set up and manage Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform environments with Copilot Studio.
   • Configure connectors, plugins, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.
   • Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability.
2. Governance & Compliance
   • Implement security policies, data governance, and responsible AI practices.
   • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
   • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
3. AI Model Management
   • Oversee deployment and lifecycle of custom AI models in Copilot Studio.
   • Manage prompts, workflows, and orchestration for Generative AI use cases.
   • Act as COE for Copilot Studio.
4. User Enablement & Support
   • Provide training and documentation for end-users and developers.
   • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.
   • Drive adoption and best practices for AI-powered productivity.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
   • Track usage analytics, adoption metrics, and ROI for AI tools.
   • Generate reports for leadership on AI platform performance and impact.

 

Candidate key skills and experience

• Min. 8 to 12 years’ experience in IT industry with mostly focusing on implementation of servers, storage administration and Windows clustering
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 administration, and security compliance.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data connectors, and workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
