Roles & responsibilities

Process

•Architect and implement robust, scalable applications and RESTful APIs using Python for data ingestion, transformation, and integration. •Design and optimize complex ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure-native tools. •Lead the development and deployment of data solutions using SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and Data Lake Storage. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions in Agile/Scrum environments. •Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices using Git and Azure DevOps. •Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical leadership within the team. •Ensure data quality, performance, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle.

Document architecture decisions, technical designs, and operational procedures.

 

Required Certifications:

•Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) •Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field •4–6 years of hands-on experience in: •Python development and API design •Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Functions •SQL Server and advanced query optimization •Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline management •Agile/Scrum development practices •Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, and distributed systems •Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills •4–6 years of hands-on experience in: •Python development and API design •Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Functions •SQL Server and advanced query optimization •Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline management •Agile/Scrum development practices •Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, and distributed systems •Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
