Global CMMS Data Engineer

Purpose

• As Global CMMS Data engineer you play a key role being focal point for business users for the CMMS data migration and analysis.
• You are specialized on Data validation and data migration to support the business on data related activities for new and existing vessels.
• You are part of the CMMS Engineer team, and you are also responsible to support the CMMS users ensuring the correct usage of the system, monitoring data, delivering user training and making sure the SBM functions needs are met.

Responsibilities

• As user champion on data migration you are responsible for the CMMS data and for data migration activity: data cleansing/data preparation/date validation...
• You are the focal point for CMMS users (onshore and offshore) for the CMMS system training and issues
• You provide assistance to the CMMS Community (HQ, Regions, Fleet)
• You ensure the technical integity and consistency of the Maintenance data with the CMMS
• You deliver the CMMS training programme for the Fleet and shore base
• You ensure that all processes running in the CMMS are properly documented and available to the CMMS community
• You ensure all the CMMS training materials are up-to-date, approved and available to the CMMS Community (Regions,Offshore, HQ)
• You monitor and analyse CMMS data and external data to support performance of the fleet
• You develope reports and KPI based on CMMS data and external data to support performance of the fleet
• You support Project Engineers for new vessel implementation
• You act as user champion of the CMMS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Experience

• At least 3 years' experience in oil and gas or shipping industry within a maintenance department
• Strong knowledge of database (Oracle, SQL Server or equivalent), data management and data migration activities
• Advanced user with CMMS system (IFS, Maximo, SAP, AMOS or equivalents)
• Advanced user with reporting systems (Power BI or SAP BusinessObjects or equivalent)
• Advanced user with database skills (Oracle or SQL Server or equivalent)
• Programming skills, SQL skills
