Governance and Deals Specialist, Global Vendor Operations

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting vendor operations.
• 5 years of experience managing third-party logistics relationships.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in procurement and agreement management life-cycles.
• Experience with audit operations.
• Experience building product requirement documents with a focus on improving user experience.
• Experience leading implementation of security risk and compliance frameworks for security programs.
• Knowledge of applicable global privacy laws, regulations, and binding legal commitments.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Overlap with the US PS time zone on a daily basis.
• Partner with the Agreements and Solutions Lead to deliver solutions consultations for Global Vendor Operations (GVO) on pilot programs, new programs, and experimental vendor engagements.
• Manage the timely processing of commercial term updates to Statement of Work (SOWs) and order forms and manage the data ecosystem of vendor engagements.
  
• Develop financial cost models, including total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
• Design and implement process improvements to automate or enhance legacy systems.
