Job Description
Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and websites. Develop eye-catching infographics, charts, and diagrams to convey information effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects. Video Editing: Edit and enhance videos for property listings, virtual tours, promotional videos, and other marketing content. Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to create polished video presentations. Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms and formats. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to brand guidelines. Assist in developing and refining brand assets, such as logos and color schemes. Photography: Capture high-quality photos of properties for use in marketing collateral. Edit and retouch property photos to ensure they meet our quality standards. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns. Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and videographers as needed. Technology Proficiency: Stay updated on industry trends and design software/tools. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant software for design and video editing tasks. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in a real estate or related industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus.
