Growth Marketing Specialist, Amazon Global Selling

Amazon’s Global Selling has enabled 1,50,000 Indian exporters to cross $20 billion in cumulative exports from India that showcase crores of Made in India products today to customers across the world. To help us fulfil this mission, we are looking for a customer-obsessed marketer.
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives of Amazon Global Selling . The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing marketing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies across global selling products.

Key job responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across outbound channels including WhatsApp, email, and lead nurturing programs
2. Manage email marketing campaigns, from segmentation and list management to campaign creation and performance analysis
3. Create and optimize automated lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel
4. Develop content for outbound channels (email templates, WhatsApp messages, landing pages) to engage and convert leads
5. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment of messaging
6. Use segmentation and data insights to personalize communication for different customer segments
7. Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
8. Build and manage email marketing calendars to ensure consistent and timely communication
9. Run webinars and virtual events, from planning and promotion to execution and post-event follow-up to convert funnel.
10. Continuously test and optimize outbound messaging (A/B testing subject lines, CTAs, content formats)
11. Drive cross-channel campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all touchpoints

Basic Qualifications


- 4+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
