Microsoft 365 Developer (Teams & SharePoint)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M365 (Teams, SharePoint) Developer to join our IT team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level M365 solutions. This role is critical to enabling collaboration, document management, and workflow automation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microosft 365 environments (especially Teams, SharePoint), with a strong understanding of modern development practices using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, architect scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that enhance productivity and user experience.

ØDesign and Develop SolutionsqBuild custom SharePoint components including web parts, extensions, site templates, and workflows using SPFx, Power Platform, and .NET technologies.ØIntegrate Microsoft 365 Services:qDevelop integrations with Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services using Graph API and RESTful services.qDevelop and maintain custom applications using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and REST APIs.ØCollaborate with Stakeholders:qWork closely with business users, analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.ØEnsure Security and Compliance:qImplement and maintain SharePoint governance policies, permission models, and data protection standards.ØMaintain and Support SharePoint Environments:qProvide ongoing support for SharePoint Online including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.ØDocumentation and Training:qCreate technical documentation, user guides, and provide training or support to end users and internal teams.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

 

Experience:

Ø6+ years of work experience as a SharePoint DeveloperØExperience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creationØKnowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration ServicesØAbility to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data is desiredØExperience with .NET languages (C#, VB .NET)ØExperience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery

Technical Skills:

ØExperience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, and RESTful APIsØProficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React.jsØKnowledge of PnP PowerShell, CAML, and CSOM/JSOMØSolid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3ØFamiliarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph APIØExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio CodeØUnderstanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance models

Preferred Qualifications:
