Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join our team and drive the research, analysis, and assessment of the Microsoft product roadmap for Microsoft 365 productivity Tool & Intune. This role is critical to understanding new product features and enhancements, developing and managing an internal product roadmap, and ensuring successful adoption and integration of M365 Productivity capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product engineering, with experience in Microsoft 365 environments and a passion for emerging technologies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, test new features, and deliver high-quality documentation and training materials that enable seamless adoption and user success.

Note: The M365 Productivity Tools comprises of various products ( Office suite, OneDrive, Forms, Planner, Whiteboard, Loop, ClipChamp

Your key responsibilities will include: 

ØResearch & Analysis:oContinuously monitor and analyze the “Microsoft 365 productivity Tools” roadmap, identifying new features, enhancements, and strategic opportunities.oAssess the impact of upcoming changes and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.ØInternal Roadmap Development:oDevelop and manage an internal product roadmap aligned with organizational goals and M365 Product advancements.oPrioritize features and enhancements based on business needs and user feedback.ØFeature Testing & Evaluation:oTest new M365 Productivity features and enhancements, providing feedback to improve usability and performance.oCollaborate with engineering and product teams to validate new features and solutions.ØStakeholder Collaboration:oWork closely with business users, analysts, and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.ØDocumentation & Training:oCreate comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for new Copilot features and internal processes.oDeliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users and internal teams.5ØGovernance & Compliance:oEnsure product roadmap and feature adoption adhere to organizational governance policies and data protection standards.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

 

Experience:

Ø4+ years of work experience in product engineering, product management, or a related role.ØExperience with Microsoft 365, Intune, EUC related technologies.ØProven track record of developing and managing product roadmaps.ØExperience in testing and evaluating new product features.

Technical Skills:

ØFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Productivity suites, Intune and Graph API. Power BI skills will be and added advantageØExperience with documentation tools and training platforms.ØUnderstanding of product lifecycle management.ØStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

ØExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.ØStrong communication and collaboration abilities.ØAbility to work independently and as part of a team.ØProactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

ØExperience with M365 productivity suite, IntuneØFamiliarity with Microsoft Power BI
