Job Description

HCM Principal Consultant - US Payroll

Lead or support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, etc.).

Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll functionality.

Manage data migration, payroll setups, and process validations as part of the implementation cycle.

Conduct payroll parallel runs, testing, and user training to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with clients to analyze payroll processes and recommend system improvements or best practices.

Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide post-implementation support.

Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between payroll and other HCM/Finance modules.

Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and configuration workbooks.

Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches, ensuring payroll compliance with statutory updates.
