We’re proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years. How have we achieved this? By working together - and supporting each other - all over the world. So, join our Global Platform Solutions team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.
About your team
With a global presence across more than 25 locations around the world, Fidelity International provides investment services and retirement expertise to everyone from central banks and financial institutions to wealth managers
and private individuals.
The Global Marketing Operations team plays a vital role in driving the success of Fidelity International's Global Platform Solutions and ISS Marketing activities. We are a geographically diverse and highly collaborative team of marketing operations specialists, technologists, and analysts who are passionate about delivering efficient, effective, and innovative marketing solutions. We are committed to providing our internal clients with best-in-class support, enabling them to achieve their marketing objectives and drive business growth. By fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making, we strive to be a trusted partner and a centre of excellence for marketing operations across the organization.
About your role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer – Global Platform Solutions, your mandate is to lead the centre of excellence that provides enterprise marketing services to both the GPS and ISS business divisions. You will ensure the delivery of cost-effective and efficient marketing operations that drive exceptional client outcomes while leading geographically diverse teams across India, the UK, Europe, and Asia. You will orchestrate key activities that empower divisional success and keep the organization at the forefront of marketing operations excellence by staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends. Crucially, you will collaborate closely with regional/local marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing operations execution.
To achieve this, you will spearhead Marketing Technology and Transformation by leading the development of new capabilities and the optimization of existing systems, with a primary (but not exclusive) focus on Adobe products. This includes collaborating with central functions to effectively manage programs and prioritize spend.
You will play a crucial role in overseeing Marketing Operations, which includes managing and developing the Medallia system to capture the "Voice of the Customer." This also encompasses driving email marketing operations through the Adobe Marketo system, ensuring the successful execution of divisional activities, and managing marketing workflow via Adobe Workfront and DAM. You will also lead marketing analytics and insights generation to inform data-driven decision-making. Additionally, your responsibilities include invoice processing.
Finally, you will be accountable for Business Management which includes delivering comprehensive reporting and tracking of KPIs, managing governance frameworks and operational routines, and ensuring prudent cost management and budget discipline. This extends to overseeing marketing procurement and key agency management, building strong relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
Across all these areas, you will establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for marketing operations activities, develop and implement robust reporting and analytics frameworks to track performance, identify areas for optimization, and lead initiatives to improve marketing ROI and operational efficiency.
