We are looking for a Head of Supply Strategy to architect, scale, and optimize Lokal’s supply ecosystem across categories (Astrology, Dostt, Astro,).

This role goes beyond operations — it is about designing the supply engine of the company.

You will own:

• Supply acquisition strategy
• Monetization & pricing frameworks
• Retention & lifecycle management
• Supply-demand equilibrium
• Incentive structures & loyalty architecture
• Strategic partnerships
• Supply-side P&L outcomes
  
  

Requirements

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in Supply Strategy / Marketplace Ops / Creator Ops / Community-led platforms
• Experience in B2C tech startups or marketplace models
• Strong understanding of supply-demand equilibrium
• Proven experience in revenue ownership or category-level P&L
• Deep analytical mindset (comfortable with metrics, forecasting, cohort analysis)
• Strong people leader with execution excellence
• Ability to build from 0 → 1 and scale from 1 → 10
