Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Research Analyst with exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills to join our Healthcare Business Insights research team. This role blends rigorous U.S. healthcare market research with high‑visibility responsibilities of hosting and supporting virtual events for senior healthcare leaders across the U.S. provider industry, especially within healthcare revenue cycle.

About You , Experience, skills, education, and accomplishments

• Master’s degree in hospital management/administration, healthcare management/administration, or public health or MSc-Biotechnology
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with experience in researching/writing or market research
• Superior writing skills with demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, structured, and audience‑appropriate content.
• Strong slide‑creation abilities, including designing visually clear and compelling PowerPoint decks, translating research findings into charts and narratives, and applying consistent formatting, structure, and story flow.
• Excellent verbal communication and on‑camera presentation skills, with confidence leading or moderating virtual events

It would be great if you also had…

• Experience hosting webinars or facilitating virtual professional discussions.
• Familiarity with visual storytelling, data visualization, or slide‑design best practice

What will you be doing in this role?

• Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze evolving trends in the provider industry, including regulatory changes, market dynamics, and strategic shifts.
• Execute polls, surveys, and first‑person interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts to identify key insights and emerging themes.
• Perform in‑depth literature reviews and secondary research to uncover perspectives, data, and commentary relevant to the provider‑client base.
• Produce high‑quality written analysis by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, drafting well‑organized articles, reports, presentations, and communication on industry and regulatory developments for U.S. hospitals and health systems.
• Support clients through regular interactions, custom research requests, and continuous updates to ensure their needs are met and insights are effectively applied
• Moderate live virtual events, providing introductions, managing transitions, and facilitating Q&A all while maintaining a polished and professional presence throughout the sessions.

About the team

This is a growing team for the Healthcare Business Insights research team, supporting healthcare leaders at 1,900 hospitals and healthcare systems from the supervisor level to executive level. The team is made up of individuals throughout the U.S. and India.

Hours of Work 

This is a permanent position with Clarivate, 9 hours per day including lunch break with Hybrid work option (2-3 days' work from office)
