Help Desk Analyst (1-2Yrs) - Bangalore

We are expanding quickly and are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and determined individual with IT Technical experience to join the IT Team. This role requires hands-on software IT Help Desk experience to IT Infrastructure team. Good knowledge of IT ticketing tools and problem solving is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Log, track, and update all incidents and service requests in the helpdesk system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide first-line support for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Request Fulfillment:

  • Set up and configure new user accounts, computers, and other devices.
  • Install and update software applications.
  • Manage user access to systems and applications.

Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting resolutions and common issues.

User Training and Support:

  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Educate users on security protocols and IT policies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor helpdesk performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports on ticket resolution times, user satisfaction, and common issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
✔️ Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
✔️ Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education: 

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related area
