We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Aide/Caregiver to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and committed to helping clients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity.

• ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas)
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors or family members
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines
