Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. Your role will involve performing a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
• Replenish supplies, such as toiletries and linens, as needed.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and responsible manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any specific needs or requests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
