Could you be the full-time HR Administration Senior Analyst in Bangalore location we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in HR operations in a dynamic and impactful environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR administrative processes, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR services. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as the Alstom HR network, HRO Hubs, and cross-functional stakeholders, to deliver high-quality HR support, ensure data accuracy, and resolve standard HR service requests. You will also contribute to the implementation and maintenance of employee records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
You’ll specifically take care of updating HR systems and employee records, but also support global and local HR processes through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring all work is completed in line with HRO SLA requirements
Delivering services that meet time and quality standards
Progressing escalations and requests on hold
Facilitating effective communication and fostering a customer-focused environment
Encouraging customer-focused behavior to enhance satisfaction
Organizing and participating in best practice forums and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Developing collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders
Supporting the implementation and updating of employee records in HRMS
Ensuring 100% accuracy through reconciliation and validation of employee records
Collaborating with HRBPs and other teams for global and local HR processes

A university degree
3–4 years of experience in HR operations
Exposure to HR life cycle processes, analytics, and reporting
Systematic and process-oriented approach
SuccessFactors experience (preferred)
Specialization in HR Operations or equivalent (advantageous)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
