Greetings from the Zunavish Team! We’re hiring for “HR Business Partner” for one of our reputed clients who is into BPO Industry. Looking forward for the candidates from in and around 10 Km of Tin Factory and from BPO Industry. The candidate should be flexible to work 6 days a week with 1 week off and should work from the office only with 9 AM – 6 Pm work times. The following is the JD for the same: Position: HR Business Partner No. Of Positions: 1 Experience: 1-5 yrs. Sal: Up to 6 Lpa Relevant Industry: BPO Industry only Roles & Responsibilities: Candidates must and should have: 1. Guidance for Policies and Procedures, 2. Handling Grievances, 3. Conducting Fun & (R&R) Activities, 4. Handling Attrition, 5. Exit Formalities. 6. Preparing weekly and monthly HR Dashboard.
