About The Role:
Looking for TA Interns to join our team & support our recruitment efforts. You have an interest in HR & recruitment, and a desire to learn more about the talent acquisition process.
This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition and want to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with job posting and sourcing candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
- Help maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and other recruiting materials
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: 
- Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
