The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Roles & Responsibilities * Understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, current and future talent needs, Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring of qualified job applicants, retention, and succession planning. * To administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, disciplinary meetings and terminations. * Create Skill Matrix for the organization and learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees, also train & Implement monitoring tools. * Creation and communication of KRAs and KPIs to all the employees and measuring the same * Do monthly Performance measurements and reporting to the Operations head and Management and suggest correcting action where ever applicable * Maintains compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. * Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
