Responsibilities and Duties 1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of employees 3. Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding 4. Develop a training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements 5. Create and update compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys 6. Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts 7. Ensure all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations 8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Requirements:- 1. Master’s Degree in Human Resources 2. 3 to 5 years of work experience as an HR Manager in the BFSI sector 3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills 4. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills 5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company 6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
