HR Operations Associate

Location: Bengaluru,Karnataka,India

Function - People & Culture
Sub Function - HR Operations
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Touchpoint for all onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits.
● Review and process offer letters and new hire documentation (digital and physical) to
ensure accuracy and compliance.
● Draft and issue various employment-related letters including appointment, increment,
promotion, transfer, relieving, warning, termination, show-cause, and absconding notices.
● Manage vendor agreements, prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Request Numbers
(SRNs) for invoicing through the company portal.
● Maintain leave records (HR portal) for Paid Leave (PL), Casual Leave (CL), Sick Leave (SL),
and Maternity Leave, ensuring compliance with company policy and statutory norms
● Oversee HR data in HRIS/HRMS platforms, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and
career-impact safe.
● Performing audits to ensure data integrity and consistency; ensuring accuracy of job code
assignments in terms of compensation elements (for example, pay structure, ESOPs,
incentives) and job code attributes; and corresponding with cross-functional teams to
answer questions and resolve job code related issues.
● Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships
and partnerships with key stakeholders; determining and carrying out necessary processes
and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities;

practices, and resources across functions, organizations, and locations to improve
performance. Effectively uses existing processes and tools to achieve performance

objectives. Uses and explains major process steps to manage time, resources, and challenges
to meet goals.
4. Planning and Improvement: Plan for and Improve Performance - Helps in implementing
plans, practices, and processes to better achieve organizational goals. Implements
contingency plans to manage or eliminate potential problems. Helps to identify and
recommend ways to continually improve and streamline processes and practices.
Tool Proficiency: MS Excel, MS Office, ZingHR(preferable)
