HR Recruiter

 Role Description

This is a full-time HR Recruiter role based in Bengaluru at NoBroker HR. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Recruitment and Talent Sourcing skills
• Interviewing and Candidate Assessment skills
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
