HR Relationship Manager-SUPPORT SERVICES-HR

As an HR Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive employee experience and driving organizational success. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with various business units and HR teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of HR strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture relationships with business partners and HR teams across the organization.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate advice.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
  • Promote a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives and employee relations activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, sharing insights with the team.
  • Conduct regular HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to drive decision-making.
  • Support the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
