HR Relationship Manager-SUPPORT SERVICES-HR-Tech Relationship Management
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team to partner with our Tech teams at Kotak. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our people strategy for tech teams.
You will work with leaders to build an excellent tech teams, lead transformation and unlock constraints to drive the business forward. The ideal candidate brings Tech acumen, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative, solutions-oriented way. You will operate across all levels - from strategy to execution - navigating ambiguity and proactively solving complex for the tech teams.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership and business enablement: Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering teams, providing strategic guidance on talent related concerns. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and collaborate with management to develop innovative, sustainable and useful solutions on employee experience
Process excellence: Lead key people processes, including performance calibrations, promotion reviews ensuring alignment with Tech talent strategy.
Program Management: Demonstrated experience owing end-to-end people/HR programs (design, plan, lead and execute) for engineering/product teams. You have experience owning and driving talent programs at scale, including performance cycles, manager capability, rewards strategy etc.
Coaching & development: Coach employees, managers and leaders through organizational challenges, talent strategies, and leadership development. Provide subject matter expertise to leadership team on building organizational capability through strategic planning and support on performance management, talent retention, fostering a high performance culture]
Deep data fluency- Should have decent HT analytics skills. Should be able to deep dive into HR data, identify trends, run root-cause analyses, translate insights into action for leaders. Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data (e.g. enps, engagement surveys, and performance data) to identify trends, shape programs and influence decision making
Decision making- Demonstrated decision-making skills. Be able to see the broader picture but also understand the situational circumstances while leveraging to help drive towards the best possible outcome for people and business
You have 7+ years of experience as a HR business partner with deep expertise in supporting engineering and product teams
You are a culture amplifier, reinforcing Kotak Tech’s principles, fostering an inclusive, high performance environment
You are comfortable operating up and down the ladder, from high-level strategy to hands-on execution, and able to juggle multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong business and tech acumen with ability to translate business strategy into practical people strategies that deliver business impact.
You have exceptional judgement and problem solving skills with the ability to advise senior executives and influence at all levels
You are intellectually curious and solution oriented, able to translate challenges onto high impact talent strategies
You can build trust and rapport with both executives and ICs, adapting your approach to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
You are agile, fearless and thrive in fast-paced environments
