HRBP

We are seeking dynamic and self-driven HR Business Partners for multiple locations to support our growing organization. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies that align with local needs and business goals. The role demands strong business understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate independently across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the region

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions

- Support talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with TA teams for regional hiring

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities to boost morale and retention

- Support the performance management process including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews

- Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and leadership development

- Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends and issues in the region

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

- Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and exit processes effectively

- Facilitate learning and development initiatives in the region

- Support organizational change initiatives and drive cultural transformation at the ground level

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 2+ years Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools

- Willingness to travel across the assigned region as needed

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing HR for a multi-location setup

- Exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Certification in HR (SHRM, HRCI, or similar) is an added advantage
