The Impact You Will Have :

• Build: You will develop analytic tools including dashboards, tables, analyses, and models that will be used by hundreds of employees in the field (technical and non-technical sales) as well as leaders across the globe
• Project Manage: You will both manage the requirements gathering and lead the execution of strategic analytic projects
• Relationships: You will build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the company but primarily with the GTM strategy and operations team
• Use Databricks: You will work every day with a variety of data using Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform

What we look for:

• You have 3+ years of experience working as an Analyst / Data Engineer with B2B sales, marketing, or finance data.
• You are highly technical with extensive knowledge of data systems and architectures.
• You have advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data technologies such as Spark, Delta Lake.
• You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing solutions.
• Expertise in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and working with both relational and NoSQL databases is essential.
• Experience with CRM Analytics or Databricks is a plus.
• You have a passion for building robust, scalable data infrastructure and optimizing data flows.
• You enjoy developing efficient data pipelines and storage solutions to enable data scientists and analysts to derive actionable insights. While you focus primarily on data architecture and system performance, you also understand the importance of data quality and governance in supporting business objectives.
